Dubner Landscaping and Construction successfully completed the new football field at College Point, Queens, for NYC Parks. The project included site electrical, plumbing, and drainage, along with concrete curbs, asphalt pathways, site furnishings, and landscaping.

Despite poor soil conditions delaying the project’s start, Dubner developed an alternative construction entrance, which was approved by the owner, allowing work to commence.
