Dubner also installed a comprehensive irrigation system, drainage solutions, and lightweight topsoil to ensure long-term plant health and sustainability. Additional elements such as metal planter edging, fiberglass interior planters, an egress gate, and litter receptacles contributed to the terrace’s functionality and ease of maintenance.
