This project was the design and build of all aspects of the front courtyard area which includes all landscaping, masonry work, driveway with curbing, built in planters, steps, a life-size checkerboard, walls, and built in benches of this stunning residential apartment complex. Our goal was to create a communal greenspace with seating areas nestled in the garden for all visitors to relax & enjoy.

This project required effective and reliable communication between the construction crews and the private homeowners. The limited space and workable areas limited storage and production. Extensive coordination was required in order to be effective.
