The East Midtown Greenway is a visionary esplanade that connects upper and lower Manhattan with walking and biking trails. Totalling almost 2-acres of linear waterfront space, the greenway is part of a larger plan to develop 32-miles of continuous pedestrian-friendly hardscaping around Manhattan’s shoreline. Dubner Landscaping and Construction helped in the development of the East Midtown Greenway, including with the installation of 2,000 Silva Cells, which create a suspended walking path and aid with stormwater management and promote the growth of healthy trees and plantings along the esplanade.
