One of our recent site and civil construction projects involved upgrading and adding five different utilities, along with extensive paving, concrete work, and specialty installations. The project was executed under a highly aggressive schedule, with over 25% of the work requiring real-time adjustments due to unforeseen changes and challenging groundwater conditions. Despite the complexities, including the necessity of maintaining uninterrupted hospital services during major upgrades and reconfigurations, our team successfully delivered the project on time and within scope.
